Andrea Hawkes

Co-Founder and Operations Manager

Andrea has been at the heart of Badger Removals since the business was established more than 30 years ago. After arriving in Australia from Bristol with very little, Andrea and Daryl built the business from the ground up through hard work, determination and a commitment to providing reliable service. While Daryl spent many years on the road completing interstate moves, Andrea managed the Victorian office and kept the day-to-day operations running smoothly. Her extensive knowledge of the removals industry, attention to detail and dedication to customers have played an important role in Badger Removals becoming the trusted family business it is today.

Daryl Hawkes

Founder and Director

Daryl founded Badger Removals more than 30 years ago after moving to Australia from Bristol. Starting with just a handful of jobs, he and Andrea steadily grew the business into the trusted, family-owned removals company it is today. Daryl spent many years on the road completing interstate moves between Victoria, Sydney and Brisbane, building lasting relationships with customers along the way. As the business expanded and secured a major contract with a leading supermarket company, he became increasingly based in Sydney to support its continued growth. His practical experience, strong work ethic and commitment to customer service continue to shape the values of Badger Removals.

Sarah Hawkes

Operations and Accounts

Sarah is Andrea and Daryl’s eldest daughter and has been part of the family business for several years. Having grown up around Badger Removals, she has a strong understanding of the company’s values and the importance of providing friendly, reliable service. Sarah oversees much of the company’s operations and accounts, helping coordinate the many details behind each move while ensuring everything runs as smoothly as possible for both customers and the team. Her organisation and attention to detail continue to support the ongoing success of the business.

Soham Sri

Growth Manager

Soham moved to Australia 10 years ago to complete his Master’s degree in Business at the University of New South Wales (UNSW), where he met Andrea and Daryl’s youngest daughter. As Growth Manager, he supports Badger Removals across strategy, technology and marketing. His focus is on strengthening the company’s online presence, improving customer experience and identifying new opportunities to help the family business continue to grow while staying true to the values that have built its reputation over the past three decades.
